Voorburg-Noord & Bovenveen — 1950s/60s reconstruction
In the northern expansion rings terraced houses with cement screed floors. Often with cracks due to subsidence on sandy soil. We check beforehand, repair locally and use elastic primer where necessary. High renovation demand from young families refurbishing these neighbourhoods.
Leidschendam-Centrum, De Heuvel & Damcentrum — mixed housing stock
Leidschendam-Centrum mix of 1930s to 1990s. In older properties we check floor build-up; in 1990s anhydrite with underfloor heating. Much renovation work in complete bathrooms and open-plan kitchens.
