Oosterheem, Palenstein-nieuw & Town Centre — new build 2005+

Recent new-build districts with anhydrite and low-temperature underfloor heating. Our 1–2 mm thin build-up conducts heat quickly — no loss of efficiency. In Town Centre we also work in high-rise flats where tile build-up would create thresholds around doorways.

Dorp & City Centre — old core and high-rise

The old village core around Dorpsstraat and Zoetermeer Centre has a mix of 1930s homes and later high-rise. In older homes we pay attention to floor build-up (timber joists or concrete floor); in centre flats we work directly over existing floor for minimal disruption.

Underfloor heating & low temperature — Zoetermeer-specific
